Route 9W Storm King Mountain Drainage, Median Barrier, and Wall Improvements

This project, currently in progress, includes major drainage improvements such as installing underdrains and reestablishing asphalt gutters at sufficient depths, replacing wall parapets, and replacing median concrete barriers along 9W on Storm King Mountain in the Towns of Cornwall and Highlands and the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson in Orange County.
